This website and online store are operated by Living Safely, a trading name of Unicook. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from our online store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers and customers.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any time prior to dispatch, for any reason and refund the amount paid in full.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update our prices at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed with the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
In the event that we need to change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Delivery is available for the UK only.
Delivery costs are included in the prices of the products displayed in the store. There will be no delivery charges added when ordering.
We will normally process and ship orders within 4 business days subject to availability. In the event that delivery takes longer than four working days, a member of our team will contact you within one working day of placing your order and inform you of the expected delivery date. If the goods cannot be delivered within 7 days of your order, you will have the option of canceling your order and receiving a refund.
All goods are sent via a tracked service using a reputable carrier and a signature will be required on receipt. Parcel Force and DHL are our preferred carries, but we may use others from time to time.
You will receive an email providing the tracking number once the goods have been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.
We accept most major credit and debit cards branded Visa or MasterCard.
All payments are securely processed using the third party Stripe via WooCommerce Payments.
All products available for sale by Living Safely are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Living Safely will offer you a refund provided you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and return the items for refund to Living Safely in their original and unused condition.
Goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging and instructions.
Refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order reference number you received after your order was placed as well as your full name and the date your order was placed . Instructions for returning goods will be provided upon receipt of a valid refund request.
Goods must be returned by post and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card used for the original payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of Living Safely’s receipt of your returned items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
